Tibetan spaniel mix $300 obo (Elizabeth city)

This little guy is 1 year and almost a half.
He is intact and vaccinated.
I don’t have any papers though.
He got his vaccinations at tractor supply.
**I am guessing he has St.
Bernard mixed with Tibetan spaniel based on looking up that mix and finding dogs that look similar to him** he won’t get any bigger than he is I was told by his previous owner that they bought him being told that he was a shitzu yorkie mix… clearly he is not.
He is a sweet boy but we can’t give him all the attention that he requires.
He is lap dog that loves attention.
He is poddy trained but might mess up in a new house for a few days til he gets used to his surroundings.
He is kennel trained.
His name is Spriggan but could easily be changed 300 obo
