Ball Python, Ezra (Chesapeake)

This is hard to do but.
Ezra has been an awesome pet.
The name Ezra means God helps.
Low maintenance not like dogs or cats etc.
For me low maintenance was good.
I've added a fiancée to my life who is horribly terrified of Ezra or any snake.
I tried to help her with the situation but it only made me realize the fear in her is real and the reason for the sale.
I've had him for nearly 1.
5 years and intended to keep him life long, smh.
, He looks great with nice defined colors.
He eats live mediums rats.
I use tongs to make sure Ezra does not get bitten when he feeds.
Don't try large rats, they are too powerful, trust me, I know.
Just make sure you focus on the temperature and humidity and he will feed regularly.
His sheds are very good and he won't eat the weeks before or a week right after a shed.
About 10 days after, he eats again.
I feed it about once every 10 days.
The feeder rats are gotten from "Simply Pets".
This is an awesome pet store and has everything you need.
The tank is 18" cube with all parts in excellent shape.
The top is screened, complete and removeable.
At the suggestion of a snake expert at Simply Pets, I was encouraged to cover the screen to keep in the humidity when he wasn't eating and it worked like perfectly and Ezra is happy.
I usually mist the cage once a day to keep a humid atmosphere.
Drier air is upon us now that summer is out, the misting helps.
With the tank comes what you see in the pics along with a heater pad attached to the bottom of the tank and tongs.
