INIT Innovations in Transportation, Inc.

This position is responsible for working closely with the international sales team to provide pre-sales support.
The position is based out of our North American headquarters (Hybrid) in Chesapeake, VA.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare proposal response structure and drafts for completion by Subject Matter Experts
Work closely with the Proposal Managers and Proposal Team to coordinate the proposal responses
Complete assigned proposal documents and other proposal related tasks
Lead DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) Outreach Efforts
Administrate FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Requests
Administrate NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) Agreements with subcontractors
Update Sales Lists and Standard Documents
Handle Spare Parts price requests and process orders
Qualifications:
Detail oriented with superb organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent work ethic and self-starter
Work independently with minimal supervision
Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and meet critical deadlines
Effectively collaborate with multi-department teams to meet goals
Experience:
1-3 years of technical sales or sales support
Bachelor degree in a technical or business discipline preferred
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
Familiarity with government agencies and the RFP selling cycle a plus
Knowledge of the public transit industry ideal
