Barker Animal Hospital is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our friendly team.
We’d ideally like to hire a full-time LVT (schedule is comprised of 4-10s—Monday-Friday coverage, flexible/rotating Saturdays); however, we’re open to part-time for the right candidate.

*Fully utilize your skills:*
Our technicians play an integral role in providing excellent medical care to our patients and customer service to our clients.
* Client communication and education
* Assisting with surgery, dentistry, and appointments
* Anesthesia induction and monitoring
* Patient handling and restraint (cats, dogs, pocket pets)
* Vaccine and medication administration
* Blood draws and IVC placement
* Pharmacy duties, lab work, and drug calculations
* Microscopic evaluation
* Outpatient procedures
* Assisting with phones and front desk duties
* Monitoring hospital flow and daily assignments
