What you'll do:*
* Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service.
* Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of all common mechanical systems up to 50 tons.
* Able to follow all Russell’s safety guidelines and customer requirements.
* Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
* Perform related work as assigned.
* Assist our install teams as needed.
* Build strong customer relationships and build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
* Maintain understanding of company repair policies and pricing.
* Ability to discuss repair options with clients and present estimates.
* Ability to learn and utilize all company software applications.

* 5+ years' experience.
* Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record.
* Excellent technical and communication skills.
* Friendly, personable, and responsible team player.
* Possess own basic hand tools.
* Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the trade.
* Knowledge of the operating principles and characteristics of the various types of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
* Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems.
* Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles, and processes of the HVAC mechanic's trade.
* Ability to read, understand, and work from schematics.
* Universal EPA certified.
* OSHA Certification (preferred).
* Be able to bend, stoop, reach, stand, lift and move 50lbs regularly throughout the day.

* All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid driver's license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
