*Position Overview:*
The Spring Oaks Capital Business Analyst is an important role within the organization acting as the key interface between the organization’s stakeholders and development of on-going support of Operations.
The Business Analyst will play a critical role within the organization managing and developing data requirements to ensure data quality and business objectives are met.
This role requires technical knowledge of how digital data is collected, processed, and used.
*Overview of Responsibilities:*
* Act as a subject matter expert for data generated system of record platform supporting Vendor Management
* Builds collaborative relationships with business partners to ensure organization’s information & reporting needs are met
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly outsourced placements and recall methods for Vendor Management Team
* Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
* Design and document dashboards and reports comprised of data, consisting of the utmost accuracy and reliability
* Assist with the development of performance reporting and identify metrics to support operations, quality, and relevant teams within the organization
* Adhere to company and industry compliance, regulatory, and best practice standards
*Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:*
* Strong understanding of analytical BI platforms, and statistical analysis survey/query software
* Minimum 1-2 years of employment experience in business analyst role
* Analytical and interpretation skills, ability to review data and gain insights
* Ability to build complex and exception reporting that directly support operations and other business areas within the organization
* Proficiency with SQL and Excel
* Prior work with business intelligence visualization software such as Sigma, Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
*Experience and Education:*
* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field
* Advanced skills in SQL and BI reporting platforms
