Director of Operations - Community Care

Directs and oversees the efficient and effective operations for a limited number (fewer than 10) of ambulatory practices, hospital based practices, and/or diagnostic facilities.
Supervises Practice Managers and Team Coordinators assigned to one or more practices.
Develops and executes a strategic plan that aligns with the organizational objectives related to staffing, employee development, performance management, customer service/satisfaction, service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, expense control, budgeting, regulatory compliance and facilities management.
RN license if applicable.
A bachelor's level degree and 1 years leadership experience required.
