*Job Description:* We are currently searching for a Worship Leader to serve our church family on Sunday morning and special events.
You will grow the Worship Team and identify key Leaders for leadership development.
You will care for and be responsible for the spiritual development of those individuals on your Worship Team.

*Responsibilities:* The Worship Leader’s responsibilities include: Provide musical and spiritual leadership at weekly practice and Sunday Service Communicate regularly (weekly) with Team Memberand A/V for both adult and youth teams Recruit, mentor and expand adult Worship Team Prepare and plan worship for church services and special events (i.
e.
Worship Nights, Leadership events, Good Friday, Men’s/Women’s events, etc.
) Introduce new worship material to team and congregation.
Original material welcomed Set standards of excellence for personal, team spiritual and musical growth Manage Worship and A/V team schedules Steward equipment and keep active inventory Responsible for timely reports to CCLI *Weekly Work Hours:* Weekly Practice (3 hours) Sunday Morning (4 hours) Staff Meeting (2 hour) Mentorship/Team Care (6 hours) Total = 15 Hours Paid Contract Position *Stage:* Behringer Powerplay P16-M 16-channel Digital Personal Mixer Yamaha S90Xs/Studio Logic SL88 as midi keyboards controlled by MainStage Digital Metronome *What You Bring:* *Education & Experience* 3+ years of Worship Ministry/Music & Production experience Undergraduate degree in related field or professional experience equivalent *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Vocally strong, instrumentally knowledgeable, ability to lead from instrument a plus Proven leader who mentors worship team members develops other leaders Technically savvy with church production needs on site and online Able to schedule worship teams and sets in an orderly well managed fashion Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to support the vision, goals, and leadership of the Lead Pastor Self-motivated with a strong work ethic *Personal Characteristics & Qualifications* Spiritually mature and theologically conservative Values participation, excellence, and leadership Cultivates personal humility and sensitively leads development conversations Boldly shares personal testimony that includes your salvation and Holy Spirit experiences *Reports to:* Lead Pastor Please send your resume to gcworship@greenbrierchurch.
