_*CSR Team Lead will provide daily direction and support to CSRs and Data Clerks as it applies to specific client accounts.
*_
Our Customer Service Team is a client focused organization tasked with providing our clients consistent, up to date details on our ongoing projects.
*Responsibilities:*
* Operate as the first point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients assigned
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
* Book work orders and follow through to ensure timely completion
* Create, review and process invoices to clients.
* Prepare bids/quotes with information provided by Project Managers
* Submit bids/quotes to clients
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
*Qualifications:*
* Prior Experience with CRM Software a plus
* Prior Sales experience a plus
* Prior experience in construction/service industry
* Excel & Word proficiency
* Strong attention to details
* Take initiative and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test
