* *Position Overview:* As a pivotal member of our team at Hope Lutheran Church, the Office Manager will significantly contribute to the administrative, event planning, and digital communication initiatives of our church.
This highly interactive role demands a professional, organized, and compassionate individual who excels in communication and interpersonal relations, engaging with both church members and the wider community.
*Responsibilities Include:* General Administration: * Expert management of calls, calendars, and coordination of meetings and worship services, exemplifying organizational excellence.
* Efficient handling of travel arrangements and expense reports, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
* Maintenance of a smooth operational church office, including managing supplies, coordinating membership files, orchestrating volunteer activities, and overseeing general maintenance tasks.
Event Coordination: * Spearheading the planning and execution of church events, providing enriching experiences for members and guests alike, from start to finish.
* Active involvement in local marketing strategies under senior leadership guidance, enhancing church event visibility and community engagement.
Digital Media and Communication: * Creation and oversight of compelling, high-quality content for social media platforms and the church website, encouraging community interaction and participation.
* Meticulous editing and proofreading of communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the church’s mission and values.
Office Environment: * Cultivation of a warm, welcoming office atmosphere, making it a place of comfort and productivity for all staff members through your caring and personable nature.
*Minimum Requirements:* * A deep, demonstrable love for Jesus and a commitment to regular worship.
