In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our organization.

Specific Job Functions:
Assisting the project team in getting approvals from internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting in tracking and executing administrative tasks to deliver the project.
Tracking project documentation across projects to ensure timely delivery and traceability.
Writing up meeting minutes and maintaining action item lists for multiple projects.
Assisting the project management team with procurement and delivery tracking.
Manage and coordinate internal resources and subcontractors.
Negotiate technical and contractual content with our clients.
Support new business initiatives and customer proposals and support sales efforts across INIT.
Travel requirement is approximately 25%, including some weekend travel and visits to Germany.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in project management.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, Business, Project Management).
2+ years of experience in project management.
Experience in the public transit industry preferred.
