Management Trainee - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Management Trainee.
In this role, you will attend regular client training sessions, create and maintain customer accounts, develop and execute goals collaboratively, engage in face-to-face interactions with consumers, and mentor new representatives.

Create and maintain customer accounts.

Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management.
Educate and mentor new representatives.
Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent.
