Field Services and Sustainment Department Program Manager

Consider BAE Systems for a role of the Field Services and Sustainment Department Program Manager located in Chesapeake, VA for a dedicated group of men and women supporting the Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
Field Services and Sustainment supports BAE Systems C5ISR Solutions business area in our Integrated Defense Solutions business unit providing Life Cycle Sustainment to include technical support, logistics support, training support, and sustainment of integrated C5ISR systems in various platforms.
The candidate will lead a team of 100 teammates geographically dispersed over eight CONUS locations and over five OCONUS locations.
Also, the candidate will be responsible for the program management of the Life Cycle Support contract with a total life cycle value of $130M.
The candidate should have a strong background in leadership, program management, and C5ISR systems.
This job is a full-time on-site at our BAE Systems facility in Chesapeake, VA.
This position is located in Chesapeake, VA.

Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate to Chesapeake, VA or surrounding areas.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering and at least 10 years of related experience Technical background in C5ISR systems Ability to interact with internal and external customer representatives Experience in leading large teams across geographically dispersed locations Experience in managing requirements, budgets, and schedules Experience in supporting C5ISR systems that are in modernization or sustainment phases Experience developing and presenting leadership briefings/reports Ability to work well in a team environment or independently as required Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the regular use of ingenuity and innovation and ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with DoD contracts and program management Ability and willingness to provide leadership and mentoring to emerging team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Military Officer or Senior Enlisted with Special Operations Forces experience Experience with military tactical communication systems Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $124200 - $211100 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
