Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager Duties: - Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the hotel - Manage and coordinate Bar program - Ensure efficient food production and quality control - Supervise and train staff in various departments, including bartending and tableside service - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies - Handle guests inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner - Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operation of the hotel Experience: - Previous experience as an assistant manager in the hospitality industry is preferred - Knowledge of bartending and restaurat operations - Familiarity with food production processes and quality standards - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
