Assistant Manager/Customer Service

*Responsibilities* * *Renting Storage Units* * Meet or exceed monthly rental and income goals * Greets customers in a friendly and professional manner * Resolves customer problems in a timely manner * Ensure tenant accounts remain current through established collection procedures * Daily prepare bank deposits; verify accuracy of petty cash funds * Maintain accurate merchandise inventory (boxes, locks, tape, etc.
) * Performs light property maintenance/upkeep to maintain highest standard of cleanliness and appearance * Identifies competitors and is aware of their strengths and weaknesses.
