*Job Title: *On-Site Supervisor
*LOCATION: *Elizabeth City, NC.
*Hours of Operation: *Fall Time Equivalence
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
· Minimum of five (5) years in supervisory position.
· Shall have ten (10) years’ experience and knowledge of aircraft overhaul trades and labor work.
· Shall possess a working knowledge of OSHA requirements.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, attention to detail, and oral communication skills.
· Proficient personal computer skills to include a strong working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office Suite.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
1.
Shall have full authority to act for all matters relating to the daily operation of this contract.
2.
Ensure Vendor employees are following all applicable ALC instructions and policies.
3.
Manage and implement the contract by organizing, directing, coordinating, and implementing all activities.
4.
Supervise Vendor staff to include addressing personnel issues, generating assignments, and setting priorities.
5.
Interact with Government program officials regarding issues and status of tasks.
6.
Coordinate financial and staffing resources.
7.
Monitor and analyze performance data and report results to the Government.
8.
Ensure Vendor employees complete all mandatory training requirements as required.
9.
Review and validate employee timesheets.
