- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote growth and development.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support operations.
- Collaborate with vendors for product sourcing and negotiate pricing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that drawer keeping and cash deposits are regularly completed and properly documented.

- Proficient in using iOS management software POS systems.
- Experience in catering or event planning is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
