Housekeeping Supervisor

Our brand new Tru by Hilton hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to help coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, while providing outstanding service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will be someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities: * Report to and assist the Housekeeping Manager with overseeing day to day housekeeping operations * Assist in training and supervising the housekeeping team * Ensure that the entire hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and appearance at all times, immediately tending to areas needing attention * Support and coach housekeeping team to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed according to management and brand standards * Help create and implement an action plan to increase and keep cleanliness scores at the highest level possible * Collaborate with other departments, working as a team to foster the best guest experience * Help keep stock of inventory for all necessary items * Clean and inspect rooms and public areas per brand and hotel management standards * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * One year hotel housekeeping management preferred * Two years hotel housekeeping experience required * Excellent communication skills a must * Must have an outgoing personality and passion for service * Ability to work any day of the week, and holidays as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
