Need experienced roofers- up to $28hr (Chesapeake)

I'm a contractor looking for Roofers/ Helpers.
I had surgery and not at 100% yet.
This is part- time, as needed.
I have a few small repairs ( I will guarenteed to pay you for 5 hours EVEN if we finish in 2 hours) CASH DAILY.
The first roofing job is a 1 story ranch, walkable pitch.
About 15 is square, architecture shingles with ice and water shield and drip edge.
CASH PAID DAILY .
HELPERS NEEDED too.
