Events Assistant - Entry-Level Opening

We're seeking a proactive Event Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative marketing initiatives for our events.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing leaders and managers to ensure successful promotion and execution of our events.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies specifically tailored for events.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with event objectives.
Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
Conduct market research and gather insights using customer feedback, surveys, and analytics tools to enhance event strategies.
Collaborate in the planning and execution of event-related marketing activities, including pre-event promotions and post-event follow-ups.
Engage with event attendees, clients, and partners to enhance their experience and gather feedback for improvement.
Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to assess the success of event marketing initiatives.
Provide administrative support in managing event-related documentation and databases.
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (mention specific tools if applicable).
