Come help us grow! The Opportunity The Manager, Change Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of organizational changes that align with Dollar Tree/ Family Dollar’s strategic goals and support the overall HR transformation.
This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management plans, collaborating with key stakeholders, and providing guidance to employees throughout the change process.
This individual’s expertise in change management principles and methodologies, including Prosci's ADKAR Model, will be instrumental in minimizing resistance, fostering acceptance, and maximizing the impact of HR transformation initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support the successful adoption of HR transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams, senior leadership, and HR partners to identify and address change-related challenges.
Design and deliver training programs to educate employees about upcoming changes in HR processes, technologies, and structures.
Facilitate workshops and communication sessions to promote open dialogue, address concerns, and build support for HR transformation initiatives (remote) Develop and distribute effective communication materials to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the HR transformation process.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of HR transformation initiatives, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and supervisors, equipping them to effectively manage change within their teams and embrace new HR practices.
Measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and report findings to senior leadership.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in change management and HR transformation, continuously refining strategies to enhance organizational success.
Manage a team of change management leads, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of experience in change management methodologies and/or Agile or Continuous Improvement Knowledge of organizational development and employee engagement strategies Experience with knowledge base software and/or database management Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills Ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience leading and developing teams Bachelor's degree Preferred Preferred Qualifications: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification Prosci CCP Familiarity with HR transformation methodologies and frameworks
