Candidate requirements: - Sales experience: 6 months - 1 year (Preferred) - Energetic goal-oriented personality - Excellent communication and follow up skills are essential - Ability to be part of a great team environment - A commitment to excellent customer service Responsibilities are as follows: Meet and greet customer on the lot, maintain customer files, follow up with internet leads and phones calls, and guiding your customers through their home buying process until they are in their new modular or manufactured home.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,000.
