*VAD is currently seeking an HVAC Counter Sales Associate at our Chesapeake, VA branch.
*
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
* Assist walk in/ call ins with their orders
* Pick and pull orders for customers
* Assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading
* Process orders and warranty transactions
* Oversee showroom/counter area, to include cycle counts, replenishment, merchandising, etc.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
