The house is close to Regent University.
I have rented to several Law and Master students and this has worked out great.
We are very close to campus in a clean and quiet home.
Right now you would be the only renter.
I do have 3 rooms so this could work great for friends or a small family.
The house has a large kitchen and living room with high ceilings and lots of natural light.
There is also a garage with space to keep your things if needbe.
We have a washer and dryer and off street parking.
This is a great place to call home, No pets, overnight guests, smoking/drugs.
Please have a clean backgound and good finanical history.
If you are a fulll time student or working full time this might be a great fit.
