I have two furnished rooms with queen beds, Tv, and dresser, which are currently available.
My home is in a quiet safe cul-del -sac neighborhood in Chesapeake .
Utilities included water, gas electricity, and internet (WiFi).
Full access to living room, kitchen, swimming pool (during summer), washer and dyer (shared main Bathroom),
I am looking for a roommate who will become a good friend, and really do want someone who is anti Social.
Must be drug and smoke, and vape, free, (including 420), clean back ground, no register sex offenders due to children in the home.
No pets please allergic to dogs and cats.
Asking $650 - $1000
per room.
I will consider will a discount if you rent both rooms.
