Bedroom could come furnished or unfurnished.
-Private spacious bedroom + bathroom.
(Bathroom is disconnected from the room).
-Downstairs is a shared space (kitchen, living room, laundry, etc.
) -Spacious backyard.
-Husband is in the navy, wife is a server.
-Located off Canal Drive + Military Highway.
-We’re located ~7 minutes from Norfolk Naval Shipyard (Scott Annex) We have two dogs, a husky and a German shepherd.
Not particularly looking for another dog but can maybe work something out.
Prefer singles over couples.
$600 a month + utilities.
Groceries can either be split or you can buy all your own.
We are also looking to rent our other spare bedroom/bathroom, so there might be a 3rd roommate in the home at some point.
