Downstairs room for rent beside my room.
You will be sharing the bathroom with me.
The bed and desk can stay upon request.
There are two closets in this room, it is a good size.
I am looking for someone I can trust that is from this area, with their own transportation.
I have a commercial electrician that lives upstairs and he parks his truck in the street.
Preferably looking for someone that drives a compact sedan, that can park in the grass or street.
I will be on travel consecutively next year.
I need to be able to trust you and that you and upstairs tenant will get along.

You would have full access to the home except for rooms.
There is an additional workstation space at the front of the home next to mine for work/study.
I park my truck in the garage, you will only be able to use the Washer/dryer and power tools if I am asked first.
No dependents other than a relational partner is acceptable; no pets.
Rent is $590 a month and utilities will be split between the 3 of us.
