Male 1 yr golden retriever (Chesapeake)

Hank is 1 yr old golden.
He is good with kids, cats and dogs.
Housetrained.
When it comes to people, his breeder abused him so fast movement and hovering over him makes him a little skittish.
But once he trusts you he is the biggest cuddle bug.
We are going from a house to apartment and will not have a yard for him (he gets overstimulated on walks and tries to slip out the harness).
There is a rehoming fee.
He is also AKC but his previous owner never gave me the paperwork before they moved.
He comes with his bed, bowls, leash, and his favorite toys.
