***If you are a serious buyer, PLEASE CALL…I do not answer texts or emails regarding Craigslist ads.
2014 DL1000 with all the “farkles”, 9600mi.
- maintenance is current.
I’ve owned the bike since June of 2018 and have put just over 3000mi.
on it.
I know, pathetic…being I have four motorcycles, I have to share the love.
***I’m looking to downsize for an impending move in about a year.
I am not looking for trades / partial trades…I’m looking to SELL.
I have performed all maintenance / adjustments on this bike with the exception of installing the tires themselves.
I have had ZERO issues with the bike.
No paint scratches, no drops, no incidents, all paint and plastics are nearly perfect.
The gauge cluster has a healthy scratch in the lens…from what?
…I don’t know.
I purchased the bike from an acquaintance who is the original owner, if I recall correctly.
I’ve just changed the oil / filter and I clean / lube the chain regularly.
The battery is still kicking and I have less than 500mi.
on a set of Shinko 705 tires.
Plans were to do the MABDR Trails and such but I’ve hardly made it out of area on maybe three occasions?
The bike is loaded with “farkles” including custom Sargent seat w/ matching Ruby Red piping, SW Motech engine guard, rear master cyl.
guard, kick stand foot and more.
Factory engine guard / bar and center stand are excellent upgrades as are the Shad (all locking) touring cases, Givi two piece adjustable windshield and tank bag.
The bike also features an Oxford grip heater system, Kaoko throttle lock, mirror extensions, “Chain Ninja” setup and convenient charging port.
I’ll include a factory service manual, original owners manual, original muffler / seat and plastic pieces that go under the engine when an under engine guard isn’t installed (you’ll never reinstall them).
This bike comes with no stories, excuses nor issues.
Interested parties who are ready to buy can contact me via PHONE, if you’re looking for an insanely clean, low-mileage V-Strom, this is the bike for you.
If you’re looking to BS / Lowball, please spare us both.
