Job Description: Document Processing Associate (On-site) Chesapeake, VA $15/hr M-Wed & Fri & Sat.
8am- 5pm (OT possible) Competitive Wages & Great Benefits Job Details: Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations Sort mail into department mail slots accurately for delivery in each department Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as they arrive Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures Strong attention to detail;Must translate information effectively and accurately Requirements: Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug screening Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Complete Required Training:4 weeks 8am-5pm Some experience working in mail center Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.
e.
, Word, Outlook, Excel) 1-2 years in a working environment Required to lift up to 50lbs regularly.

Researches and examines issues and ensures information is available for next steps.
Conducts extra searches to extract accurate data and inputs the same.
Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data.
Follows up on pending research documents.
Returns electronic data forms to the customer for additional information.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role is $23560 - $29450.
