We are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our growing team! We are a private mental health practice, specializing in comprehensive psychological services to include therapy and mental health counseling with individuals, couples, groups, and families.
We especially welcome you to apply if you have prior experience in private practice or specializing in work with children or teens.
Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health concerns
- Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date mental health documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health counseling
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
Experience:
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Knowledge of various counseling techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
- Familiarity with PTSD care and trauma-informed approaches
