We are Mamonides Health Center (Formerly Beth Shalom) Located in Virginia Beach, Currently in search of Licensed Practical Nurses LPNs, to join our amazing team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Holds a current RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia.
· Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
· One year experience preferred.
· Covid Vaccinated
Positions Summary:
Nurses are to provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, and the Medical Director of the facility.
To monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
You will also assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
Conducting wound assessment, formulation of treatment plan, and recommendation of appropriate wound dressing, Provides patient, family and staff education regarding prevention of pressure ulcers and therapeutic support services.
Collaborates with clinical staff, physicians and other members of the treatment team to provide the patient with the highest quality and most appropriate wound care.
Perform additional duties assigned.
