*Overview of Responsibilities:*
* Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
This includes setting project goals, creating project plans, and managing project timelines and budgets.
* Analyze project data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
This may involve the use of various data analysis tools and techniques.
Fill analysis gaps on teams when needed.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
This includes providing regular project updates, addressing stakeholder concerns, and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
This includes developing risk management plans and implementing risk response strategies.
* Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status reports to stakeholders.
This includes tracking project progress, highlighting project achievements, and reporting on project challenges.
*Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:*
* Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to organize tasks, plans and projects from the beginning through mature projects.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to recognize issues and situations that will impact tasks and the project timelines.
* Ability to problem solve and rectify identified issues to get the project back on track and moving towards completion again.
*Experience and Education:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in project management, or a related field or associated schooling.
* Certifications that support project management and / or analyst abilities.
