Used Masonite French Patio Doors 60x80 With Blinds Between Glass - $100 (Virginia Beach)

I just had our double French patio doors with blinds between the glass replaced with a sliding door.
The doors still work just fine but the wife wanted a slider instead.
I am unsure exactly how old these doors and know very little about them are as they were already installed when we bought the house.
The door unit all together measures 59 1/4” x 79 1/2” The little mechanisms that raise and lower the blinds were missing when we bought the house so we have just been using the slider at the top that opens and closes the blinds to allow light to pass through.
The doors could use a good painting and there appears to be some minor rot (as shown in the pic) at one of the the lower corners on the stationary door and is only visible when the stationary door is opened up.
I would think the life of these doors could be extended by a good waterproof coating and could possibly get the replacement sliders that raise and lower the blinds if desired.
Comes with rot free frame and sloped metal threshold so water can drain away from the door.
