Summary
We are continually hiring for qualified Early Childhood Substitute teachers for preschool, kindergarten, and childcare at Centerville Baptist Children's Program.
Substitutes will implement developmentally appropriate activities and encourage the social, emotional, and spiritual growth of children while ensuring their safety.
Duties
Duties include staying within the guidelines of the Virginia Department of Education, the Code of Compliance outlined by the Virginia Commonwealth, and Virginia Quality Standards.
Requirements
Compensation based on experience.
Schedule varies based on need.
Early Childhood experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
Experience in early childhood education or related field
Hold CDS or other associate's degree or higher
Current First Aid/CPR Certification
Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)

We are a ministry of Centerville Baptist Church and have been one of the longest running programs in the Chesapeake area; 66 years and counting! It is our mission for all children enrolled in the program to know they are loved by God exactly as they are.
We lovingly accept children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Centerville Baptist Children's Program offers preschool, kindergarten, and childcare for these ages.
