Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students - Provide support and supervision to students during classroom activities - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Assist with individual student needs, including special education accommodations - Support students with their daily routines - Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment Requirements: - Experience working with students, preferably in a childcare or educational setting - Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - First aid certification is preferred but not required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
