Here are the requirements:
* High School Diploma with Continuing Education Courses and/or Training.
* CDA, Associate Degree, or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred but must be willing to work on increasing education if not yet earned.
* A passion for educating and nurturing young children.
* Experience working with young children in childcare and/or early education settings.
* Must be responsible and able to implement our programs and maintain the high quality of education Creative World School is known for.
* Excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and our community.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Demonstrated ability to implement the hands-on curriculum.
* Flexible and able to adapt to a high-paced environment.
