The academic advisor position is responsible for functions that contribute to student retention at Regent University.
The environment for this position is a blended inbound and outbound call center.
This position is expected to demonstrate effective professionalism and extraordinary customer service while communicating with and managing students of Regent University.
Our hiring process is swift and efficient.
We aim to prescreen and interview within one week of your application.
We begin a new hiring cohort at the beginning of each month.
During your interview process we will discuss your full range of benefits including tuition remission and the specifications of the academic advisor role.
Previous experience in admissions or higher education is not required.
We provide paid onboarding and all of the training that you will need for your position.
