YOUR ROLE
As an Auto Shop Front Desk Associate, you'll be the friendly face welcoming our valued customers, providing warm and professional service from start to finish.
Your duties include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, contributing to our social media and marketing initiatives, and overseeing a complete service itinerary.
With meticulous attention to detail, you'll handle vehicle check-ins, engage with customers on arrival, and ensure seamless communication throughout the service process.
Your excellent communication skills will shine as you explain invoices, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license
Punctuality and reliability
Strong interpersonal skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required!
