As a Cashier you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Your main duties will include:
* Efficiently and accurately handling customer transactions, including processing orders, payments, and providing change as needed.
* Taking and recording customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while utilizing our Point of Sale (POS) system.
* Providing friendly and welcoming service, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in resolving any concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience.
* Managing cash drawers, reconciling cash balances, and adhering to cash handling procedures and accounting principles.
* Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and orders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
