" Genesis is searching for team members to assist with providing best-in-class client care in our growing mental health private practice.
Applicant is needed to support both Chesapeake and Norfolk office locations.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering high volume phone calls on multi-line phone system, computerized scheduling, new client intake, client check-in/check-out, maintaining digital files in EHR, billing support, provider support, and more in a fast-paced supportive and professional office setting.
Applicants must be able to work IN OFFICE, independently, under pressure and in a team environment.
Multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are required.
Computer skills and customer service experience necessary.
This is an IN OFFICE position with no WFH opportunities.
Must be able to work *9-5pm Monday through Thursday*.
