Customer Service Representative

Customer service runs our CS desk at our food service warehouse facility.
This includes answering the phones, processing orders for pickup, and paperwork for incoming deliveries as well as returning JB drivers.
This person addresses service issues, assists outside sales people with their business relationships as well as addressing customer needs.
The customer service manager monitors service and issues as they occur on our routes.
They help to determine solutions working with company management.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.
