*Responsibilities* * Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms * Develop and maintain a filing system of customer records * Provide general support to our office manager and his team *Skills* * Knowledge of office systems and procedures * Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines * Working knowledge of MS Office (such as Word and Excel) * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Contact us today!
