*Position Overview*
We are looking for high energy individuals with strong communication skills to assist consumers with repayment options on their unsecured obligations.
We treat consumers with the highest level of respect and empathy while working hard to find resolutions that work for their budget.
Prior collections experience is not required.

The Resolutions Associate is responsible for helping the company collect overdue payments to resolve unsecured obligations.
Using expert communication skills, the Resolutions Associate establishes rapport and builds trust with customers and third parties, enabling them to establish, negotiate, and maintain repayment plans.
This position is ideal for the goal-oriented individual that enjoys working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
*Overview of Responsibilities*
* Contact customers via phone to discuss overdue collection payments and encourage a prompt solution.
* Establish rapport with customers to build trusting relationships.
* Initiate and maintain effective communication with third party customers to negotiate payment plans, settle agreements, or suitable arrangements based on their financial situation.
* Respond to customer inquiries, disputes, complaints regarding outstanding balances, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly.
* Update customer information, payment records, and note any relevant information in the customer’s account accurately and promptly in the company’s database (i.
e.
, LiveVox and Interprose).
* Maintain a professional and ethical approach in all interactions with debtors, adhering to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
* Report to assigned Operations Manager regarding schedules, shifts, absences, and any/all job-related and relevant personal concerns.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as state and federal laws.
* Additional duties appropriate for this position as assigned.
*Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience*
* High school diploma or GED
* Positive attitude and excellent people skills.
* Reliable and self-driven.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy.
* Customer service or sales experience.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
* Computer proficiency.
* Must be able to successfully pass a 10-year background screen (10 years from the time of last disposition).
*Schedule:*
* Monday through Friday
* Three days a week 8am-5pm
* Two evening shifts 12pm-9pm
*Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience*
* Call center experience
* Debt collections experience
* Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
* Bilingual collectors, once certified receive an additional $1 per hour
