*Responsibilities:* * *Leadership and Management:* * Provide leadership and guidance to the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and morale among staff members.
* Delegate tasks effectively and ensure all housekeeping activities are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
* *Quality Assurance:* * Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to established standards.
* Develop and implement procedures to maintain and improve cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
* Address any issues or deficiencies promptly, taking corrective action as necessary.
* *Inventory and Supplies Management:* * Oversee the procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
* Monitor usage and budgetary constraints, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and usage, forecasting future needs as required.
* *Guest Satisfaction:* * Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to housekeeping services.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional housekeeping services.
* *Health and Safety Compliance:* * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to sanitation protocols.
* Conduct regular training sessions on safety procedures and protocols for housekeeping staff.
* Monitor and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper in a hotel setting.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines.
