MCPC matches candidates with families using a secure portal system! This process includes the candidates meeting with families virtually or in-person for a Meet & Greet prior to determining if it is a good fit.
MCPC specializes in Babysitter and Nanny Placements.
Previous Placements have included both Part and Full-time, and Temp Nannying, Summer Care, etc.

30 hours per week — for one 13 month old boy:
January 2-26 will be Mon - Fri, 10am - 4 pm — & starting January 29th it will be 3 short days approximately 12 - 5 pm along with two full days approximately 9 am - 5 pm.
We are flexible on which days are which other than Monday has to be a short day.

We are seeking experienced and energetic Care Providers/Caregivers to join our growing team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth.
The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, reliable, trustworthy, and creative.
If you have a passion for families and keeping children safe and engaged, we want to hear from you! Please note, Families have their own personal preferences and job duties, these are MCPC general and preferred qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
Supervise a daily or weekly schedule
Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Ensure Child Safety, Engage With Children
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities, sleep schedules, etc.
This will really depend on the individual family/families you are matched with
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a daycare teacher, childcare provider or babysitter
Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
First Aid/CPR certified
Background Check Approved
Driver’s License
