Teacher

Duties: - Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and objectives.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians and staff regarding student progress.
Qualifications: - Associates or higher in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with special needs children, preferably in a childcare or school setting.
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process.
