This is a Full Time position with day shift hours and great benefits!
Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: Need flexibility to work within the hours of 7 am to 6pm depending on support need.
Hybrid work schedule.
Will travel 3 x a week to Sentara Park office in Virginia Beach Overview: As an Executive Assistant in our dynamic team, you will provide essential support to our senior leadership, including the SVP, Chief Talent and Learning Officer, VP, Total Rewards, and VP, Organizational Development & Change Management, along with their respective teams.
This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential files.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication and promptly address queries both in person and virtually.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing team events, workshops, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics and manage event-related tasks.
Project Support: Provide support on various projects by organizing data, preparing presentations, and coordinating with different departments.
Team Assistance: Support the broader team by managing resources, facilitating team communications, and assisting with onboarding new team members.
Required qualifications: HS - High School Grad or Equivalent required Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Assistant required Combination of education and experience of at least 5 years in human resources, business management or related fields.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Office 365 Suite and other office management tools, e.
g.
OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, MS Tasks, etc.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
