00 per hour *Date* (Depending on experience and education) *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Summary* The QA Administrative Specialist provide administrative support to the QA Manager including word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, receiving, and sending emails.
Responsibilities includes assisting the QA Manager with the maintenance of the QMS, Welding and NDT program associated files and records.

1.
Provides typing, graphic, and presentation support using appropriate software applications.
Responsible for formatting reports for optimum presentation and editing documentation when required, based on training and experience.
2.
Assist QA Manager with research and data collection.
3.
Assist with the maintenance of department/company's forms, policies and procedures.
4.
Follow administrative, confidential, and sensitive data guidelines in maintaining the security of company proprietary and classified information.
5.
Coordinate and track training requirements and reports.
6.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with established corporate standards.
7.
Ensure that the workspaces are properly maintained and that routine clean-up is accomplished.
8.
Pursues professional development opportunities to increase job skills and capabilities.
9.
Contributes to continuous process improvement efforts as they relate to current job assignments and other improvements throughout the company when identified.
