The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide clerical support as it pertains to the general office and ensures that clerical functions are completed timely and accurately.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent Be able to life up to 50lbs Be able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly Experience in a fast paced office Very strong Excel skills Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable Has a strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills Must be a self starter and able to prioritize daily task to successfully complete task both long term & short term.
Interact well with diverse group of people Team player Dependable Responsibilities: Answer the phone, screen & transfer calls Administrative tasks as assigned Run errands Assist Accounts Receivable & Accounting Department Additional responsibilities as assigned.
